I really like this place. It's a beautiful building and they've done a great job decorating and furnishing the shop. The folks working here are very friendly and helpful. There is art on display (and for sale) that captures the town in all of its seasons, and I'm a fan. Even if you have no intention to buy anything, it's worth browsing around. There's lots of open space, so I could see the book selection expanding eventually, but I hope it stays sort of similar to how it is now. There are some great reading nooks, and I like that there's a good variety to choose from without being overwhelmed. I'm not sure if book clubs are allowed to meet up here, but it would be absolutely ideal for that. Sorry for the little essay, but this is a cool spot. It is exactly the kind of place that I wish big businesses weren't always trying to throttle. I'm happy to pay a few more dollars to buy a book here. Come out and show them some love.
